In any case, in case you aren’t happy with our products for any reason, we might insist that you undergo our returns and alternate policy as follows:

Return Policy

  • You can schedule a reverse selection up under the ‘My Orders’ section. Returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 day from the date of delivery.
  • No returns will be generated if the product is stitched. Refunds and transfers will rely upon banks and local laws.
  • Orders only with proper packaging and tags can be entertained for a go back. We would appreciate it if you can return the product inside the original packaging. This will assist us to expedite the returns process and make certain secure transit.
  • Special made-to-order powerloom sarees can’t be returned. To preserve a fair stance to our artists, weavers, and painting community, we deem these products to be ‘Final Sale. If you’ve received a damaged product, kindly notify us of the identical inside 2 days of receipt of your order.
  • Orders will be picked from the delivery address only. The returned product should have its tag intact, must be undamaged and unused. You also can track the status of the exchange in the ‘orders’ section. You will also be notified of the progress by contacting us.

Exchanges Policy

  • Exchanges are entertained if there is a genuine quality issue pertaining to your order or if we find out that a wrong order is dispatched from the warehouse.

  • Radhika Sarees reserves the proper to right or entertain returns. We hold the discretion to ensure transparent ethics in the dealings.
  • The refund/return back could be initiated inside the 3-5 business days once we receive the product. If you have requested an exchange, we will keep you notified of the order status through email and SMS. The refund/return back will initiate the simplest if the product is defective or damaged.
  • All sale items are final purchases with no change in their order.
  • We will refund the money through the unique mode of price consisting of a debit card, credit card or internet banking. For COD orders, you need to provide us with bank details that allow you to facilitate the refund into your bank account.
